Our Quality

Why organic cotton?

A better value

Most towels are factory produced using low quality cotton or synthetic fibers. The machines work at a fast rate to meet production requirements, coating threads in starch and wax to prevent their breakdown during manufacturing. The product generated will not absorb water as well as organic cotton and keep quality for only a few years. Organic cotton is not only more absorbent, but dries faster, remains soft, can last up to 20 years, and is better at reducing moisture-induced bacteria (which means your products will never smell musty).

A better standard

We are proud to have a transparent supply chain. Every piece we sell is can be traced back to family workshops in Southeastern Turkey and made with 100% Organic Turkish Cotton. The cotton is then dyed naturally with botanical and vegetable oils and made into textiles by our Turkish artisans using ethical and sustainable practices.

A better world

Conventionally grown cotton is one of the top polluters in the world, using an estimated 16-25% of the world’s insecticides, and five of the nine worst pesticides that are classified as known cancer-causing chemicals. The use of these dangerous pesticides and insecticides threaten human and animal health and our entire ecosystem through consumption and production.

Organic cotton is pure and chemical free, making it a healthier for you and your family, cotton farmers and manufacturers, animals and our world.
